Submitting Work to Artspace

Beaumont Artspace is open to all artists who live or work in the Beaumont Wilshire neighborhood in Portland, Oregon. To view Beaumont Wilshire boundaries click here. Only requirement is that artist attend at least 3 monthly meetings per calendar year (starting Jan 2007). Meetings are held at noon on the second Sunday of each month at various BW cafes. Purpose of meetings is to foster a sense of community, exchange ideas and plan group shows.

To submit your work to Artspace please do the following:

Required:

1. Send up to 10 images of your artwork as attachments to an email. Your images should be in jpeg format between 100KB and 1MB per image. The images will be optimized to load faster. Include your home or work address with your submission. To send your images click here.

2. With your submission send the following information: title and media.
Optional info: size, date, price, description or other information relevant to the piece.

3. Provide contact information: name, phone, email address.

Optional:

1. Biography/resume/exhibit history. A brief description of yourself, achievements, and exhibitions.

2. Artist statement—the purpose/inspiration behind your work.
